Most booking systems prioritise features over usability, creating friction for teams under pressure. This project focuses on clarity, speed, and control — building a system that works in real environments, not just on paper. Booking systems are often overloaded with features, making them difficult to use during live service. The challenge was to simplify complex workflows without removing capability — creating something that feels intuitive under pressure. Every decision was driven by how it would perform in real situations, not just how it looks.
